Hi everyone! Happy Fall! Today i'll be showing you all some yummy fall snacks for your friends.
Hamster Pancakes-

Ingredients:
1 tbsp applesauce (just apple and water. No preservatives)
2 tbsp buckwheat flour
1 banana slice
chia seeds (optional)
Mix applesauce and banana with flour. It should be dough-like so add more flour or applesauce if needed. Drizle chia seeds over top if wanted. Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add mix to heated skillet and cook until it is golden brown the flip. Let cool and enjoy!
Rabbit Pumpkin bars-

Ingredients:
1/2 cup orchard grass hay
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Preheat oven to 325% f. Blend hay until it is super blended. Set aside. Mix pumpkin puree and carrots and add dry hay mix. Knead until a dough forms. Roll out and cut into desired shapes. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven, and leave the treats in for another 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
Chinchilla num nums-

Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry calendula flowers
Water
1/4 cup dry nettle leaves
1/4 cup Timothy Hay
Preheat oven to 225% f. Mix calendula, nettle, and Timothy Hay. Blend in a food processor until powder-y. Add water a few tablespoons at a time until it is a dough. Put in the oven and every 15-30 minutes or so, flip. Repeat until cookies are dry all the way through. Let cool and enjoy!
Rat veggie biscuits-

ingredients:
1 egg
1/8 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup grated veggies (carrots and/or zucchini)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup wholewheat flour
1 tbsp shredded kale
Preheat to 350% f. Mix eggs with olive oil and veggies. Add rolled oats and flour to mix until a dough. Roll out dough too desired thickness and cut into cubes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add your cubes. Top with your kale and cook for about 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
Don't worry if you don't see your friend because a part 2 is coming! Remember that these treats should be given in moderation. Happy fall!
